1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Digital products (Pokémon TCG Live Codes) are non-refundable.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
- We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on stock availability.
3. Return Process

- We will review your request and provide a return shipping address (if applicable).
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened TCG booster packs, boxes, and single cards.
- Digital products (PTCG Live Codes, etc.)
- Discounted, clearance, or final sale items.
