1. 1. Processing Time

   • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours.

   • Peak release dates may require additional time.
     
     

   2. Shipping Methods

   We deliver within the UAE via:

   • Qatar Express / Aramex / Amazon Shipping / Local Couriers

   • 2-4 Hour delivery available in select Dubai locations (additional charge)
     
     

   3. Shipping Fees

   • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

   • Free shipping threshold may apply during promotions.
     
     

   4. Damaged or Lost Packages

   • If the package is lost by courier, we will assist in filing a claim.

   • Once the courier marks the package as “Delivered,” EpicTCGVault is no longer liable.
