Welcome to Epic TCG Vault! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, social media pages, and any purchases made through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. General Information
- Epic TCG Vault is an online store specializing in Pokémon, One Piece, and other Trading Card Game (TCG) products in the GCC and worldwide.
- We offer sealed products, single cards, TCG accessories, and digital PTCG Live codes and more.
- Our services include product sales, pre-orders, and shipping within the GCC and globally.
2. Eligibility
- To purchase from Epic TCG Vault, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a purchase.
3. Orders and Payments
- All orders must be paid in full before shipping.
- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, crypto payments (if applicable), and local UAE bank transfers.
- Pre-orders require upfront payment and are subject to supplier availability. Delays may occur, and refunds will only be issued if the item is permanently unavailable.
4. Pricing and Availability
- Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and USD (United States Dollar).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Any typographical errors or pricing mistakes will be corrected, and you will be notified before processing your order.
- Limited-stock items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- UAE Orders:
- Standard delivery: 1-3 business days
- Express delivery (Dubai & Abu Dhabi): Same-day or next-day delivery
- International Orders:
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on location and courier service.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees.
- Lost Packages: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, but if the product is delayed beyond 60 days, we may issue a refund.
- Refunds will only be processed in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items (See Return Policy).
