At Epic TCG Vault, we know how important it is to secure the latest trading card game releases. Our pre-order system ensures you don’t miss out on high-demand sets. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment & Secure Checkout

To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required at the time of checkout. This secures your place in the queue for upcoming releases.

2. Shipping & Combined Orders

Arrival-Based Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped as soon as official stock arrives at our warehouse.

Consolidated Shipping: If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire shipment will be held until the final pre-order item is available.

Pro Tip: If you want your in-stock cards immediately, please place separate orders.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Final Sale: All pre-orders are considered final and non-refundable to ensure fair allocation for all collectors.

Supplier Allocation: In the rare event that we cannot fulfill an order due to manufacturer or supplier shortages, you will receive a full refund.

Refund Processing: Please note that all approved refunds will be processed and cleared within 4–6 weeks.

4. Release Date Delays

Release dates are set by the manufacturers and are subject to change. While delays are out of our control, we promise to ship your products the moment they are in our hands.
